...I know you are working hard to resolve the issues and I just wanted to say 'thank-you.'

I know you have a high standard of service that you strive to meet each and every day.

I know it is easy to complain when one does not truly understand the trials and tribulations of maintaining an internet database as I would be the first to admit that I have been guilty of doing this in the past.

But not now.

I am dedicated to you as a user and as part of the BCUK community.

Just wanted to let you know that I stand beside you as you work to resolve the issues at hand.

I really mean this and this is in no way my attempt to get you to buy me some Guinness whilst in Berlin. Hehehehehe..

    Sorry, Rampage, I haven't had a single Hotmail info@blog.co.uk now for three or four days...I don't want to leave here at all because this is a really nice community we have here so really hope you can get this sorted...I know we have a moan about BCUK and get bolshie with you but we actually do like what you've created here and there isn't another place like it on the web, and I know I've bloody looked everywhere ...you can create a new blog quite easily, but acquiring a community like we have here is another matter altogether...best of luck in getting the spamming damned problem fixed and hope to be receiving my email notifications again soon...I had to come right off an ESP once when I got targeted with anything up to fifty thousand emails a session...drove me mad...big hugs to the whole team...

I second that. I would be entirely lost trying to write script that includes all the data they need to include. The link left on a comment in my blog shows it can be quite a faff to get it all fixed.

BCUK is a very user friendly blog website.I have tried a few others but BCUK was the easiest to use,and with better features.

I'm behind them as well. It's hard for folks to be patient when there are issues like this. I see it in the work environment as well. You just have to hang in there.
